The n21 bus line stops within 2 blocks of the house, providing access via public transit to Great Neck and other parts of Glen Cove.
Philosophy and Approach
Founded by a woman who once led 12-Step meetings while incarcerated, Living Waters for Women is a nonprofit organization seeking to provide supportive and comfortable transitional housing. Living Waters takes a strengths-based approach, helping develop clients’ strengths and overcome their weaknesses. Women participate in work, volunteer, and educational opportunities at Living Waters, preparing for independent living.
