Follow the Non-12-Step ABCs Model
TLC Rehab developed a non-12-Step programme called the ABCs model—abstain, believe, change, sustain. Clients begin to abstain during a 7-day detox to ensure they are physically and emotionally ready to move forward. Clients then build belief in their ability to recover, followed by deep therapeutic counselling and practical strategies to support long-term change. Aftercare helps sustain progress.
